Purchased a 22 degrees Taylor Made rescue wood a number of months back it has a regular shaft in it. Cant seem to get good height or a good strike off it :(
Question is; what position in my stance should a play the ball from? and also any other tips would greatly help

If you're not launching a 22 degree then you may be playing the club too far back in your stance. However bear in mind 22 degrees is the equivalent of about a 3 iron loft.

If I had one of these I would be playing it in the front 3rd of my stance - maybe 3-4 inches back from left heel.

Let us know how you get on - shouldn't be any reason for not getting this well up in the air.

Ive an 18 degree Taylormade Burner 2.0 3h and it gets up beautifully, (22 degree would be more like a 4 iron) id play it off centre maybe only an inch or two towards ur front foot but not too far forward, try out a few diff things

I have a 19 deg and it took me quite a while to get used to it but It eventually clicked. It is now my favoured club in a lot of situations. For what it's worth, I put the ball forward in my stance about the width of a ball from centre
