Can anyone recommend this band? Have you heard them at a wedding or have they played at yours?
I will have a mixed crowd at my wedding. I'm looking for a really good upbeat band in the Leinster area.
I'm not looking for loads of recommendations for other bands, just the Kaye Twins specifically as I am ready to book a band this week.
    Thank you in advance. :)

I played after them once in the past. I thought they were good but to be honest have seen better bands at weddings (and worse!) Its all a question of taste though and if you have been to see them and like them then go with your gut feeling!

Thank you for your reply. I have not seen them but was going on a friends recommendation. I just don't know where to start booking a band and need to get my skates on.
Do you mind me asking why you didn't think they were great/have seen better?

My brother had them at his wedding and everyone thought they were great.Played a great range of songs suitable for all age groups.
I thought personally they were good but a very typical wedding band nothing different, the normal typical wedding reception songs, but good singers and musicians

I would say they were a bit run of the mill like smares above alluded to.
they what they do well but theres nothing very different there.

I seen them before...as said above they are typical wedding band. Bit cheesy at times. Check out pink champagne...that's who we booked!

Played after them a good few times over the years and they are a sloid tight band BUT don't do much new stuff if your looking for a mix.

    Prickly Pairs
    Beat Club

Would be my choices, the Prickly pairs played at my own wedding. Both have live brass sections.
