Anybody watching lads... Pretty shocking that our "justice" system sees fit to have this lad walking the streets, yet bangs people up for not paying their license..

Oh another one of TV3's "cheap to make, gets lots of viewers, make a ton on adverts and scare the bejaysus out of people" bollocks yeah? TV3 really disgust me with these programmes.

This guy just wont seem to go away. The simple mention of the Words "Larry Murphy" instantly gets people running for the hills and whips up a potent mass hysteria and a rumor mill about his current wherabouts and activities. A creep though all the same.

Did anyone read that book Blood Brothers that came witht he Sunday World a while back, it said that he could have worked with John Crerar, the murderer of Phylis Murphy.

Let's put a bomb under Pantou's chin and stamp on his throat. Let's rip this dog's brains out

An eruption of anger. The smell of burnt hair in the air. Just minutes ago the prison authorities tried to sneak North out of the back here. It didn't work. Crowds set upon the transporter, one man ended up plaited around the axel, they ripped North out of the back and at that point we became ominously aware of a 25 foot wicker phallus. Seconds later North was ablaze. Sheets of flame dancing to the beat of primitive animal justice. One man kebabbed, hundreds scarred by a shared blood ritual. And yet, an astonishing sense of community here now, a positive atmosphere, a sense of a job well done, a shared sigh of relief very much like the bizarre euphoria at the end of an hours vomiting.

it was a good programme, when they started mentioning the 24 hr monitoring by the gardai they admitted there was no way this could be done. i think murphy should have been tagged so at the least the gardai could keep tabs on him , where he is etc and what country he is to alert them,

I don't see the point of the programme, other than to sensationalise the man and whip up a bit of hysteria.

They could have done a general programme on rape, sexual abuse in Irish society and I would find it far more interesting.

The tabloids seem to have a rather keen obsession with this man (vile as he is).

I watched the programme, the second i saw crime reporters from the Sunday World the programme lost all credibility for me.
It did however show up our joke of a justice system.
On another note he is a vile disgusting man and should be taken off somewhere and executed.

In fairness it lost credibility the second it was aired on TV3. Tabloid television.
