Having problems with an Astec 63DV - telecom battery fault?
Requested installation manual on other thread as House due to get rewired.

In the meantime - could this be a cause of intermittent eircom landline being unavailable for couple of hours?
Probably independant problems at same time.

    Thanks

    These are two different faults.

If the line to the panel is disconnected or the line is down you will get a telecom fault.

A battery fault means the battery in the system needs to be replaced.
