Would anyone know where to find an up to date player database - one with 2010 stats would be brilliant but I will take anything at this stage!

    thanks

Maybe I'm thinking of this too simply, but have you tried NFL.com?

They should have every player in the league's stats for as long as they've been in the league, broken down by career, season and games depending on what you're looking for.

This is my bible on matters for this.

    http://www.pro-football-reference.com/

Very in-depth and never had issues with the figures. Key in the players and you get what you want. I much prefer this over NFL.com.

thats not a database though - i need a csv or sql dump with all this! also the data on the site is copyrighted so i cant reproduce it (the most important part) but thanks anyway!

this could definitely help but it's not ideal, any idea when they normally have the latest rosters up?

Interesting. An app as in android/iphone or just a desktop thing?

It will be a web app primarily for mobile so it can be used during a live draft. you'll probably have to use the full site to manage your rankings though - i dont imagine that will be easy on a phone!

right it looks crap! but here it is so far:

    http://fantasyfootballdrafter.princesolutions.ie/?v=1

so the idea is it should work on your mobile phone for drafting, except for customising ratings - this is quite intensive and requires a full browser.

anyway let me know what you think, I've made it with a use case of "what i'd like" so it would be interesting to see what everyone thinks of it.

    thanks!!
