Gerry Duffy Ultra Ironman Speaking in Limerick

    Guys just to let everyone know that Ultra Ironman Gerry Duffy will be speaking on behalf of Limerick Triathlon Club next Wednesday Aug 16th at 7:30 pm at Trifit training centre in Sexton St , Limerick.

    Tickets can be purchased on the door for €10 and all proceeds will be donated to a charity of Gerry's choice.

    This is sure to be an inspirational night and a Q & A session will follow afterwards so you can ask Gerry any training questions you might have.

    Would love to hear him. I'm about halfway through his book at the moment and he's a very inspiring character...

    Yeh it should be a great night. We will have some signed copies of the book as spot prizes on the night...
