i think there is a strong posibility that the match may be called off, mainly due to transport problems. the high road is still closed as the police are saying its a crime scene and thats before the clean up operation starts. there are too many dangerous structures to allow the public to pass and before buses etc can travel down the road it has to be cleared and the tarmac resurfaced where the cars were torched..... it aint looking good !!
just read this off another site make's sense to me anyone travelling over should be keeping on top of the situation over there at the mo
kicked off in enfield on sunday also
    just a heads up lads

Trouble is speading all over london.
No longer known as the 'tottenham riots' (thankfully).

Sky news also mentioned trouble in birmingham this evening.

Trains/tube not starting at certain stops.

Looks like alot of games might be postponed in all parts of london.

Some midweek London Carling Cup games have already been called off at police request.

Compared to the damage the thugs and scumbags are doing the match pales into insignificance.

It's all fun and games till a football match gets cancelled.

Let's hope the game goes ahead, Everton traditionally start seasons poorly. Arteta is also ruled out with Coleman.

Evergreen Bar, Turners Cross, Cork will have live tv coverage of the Spurs Everton game at 3pm on Saturday.
(assuming of course that the game goes ahead)

Fantastic. The only game in the PL postponed. Everton with Coleman and Arteta out and we can't play them. Just bloody brilliant. I know it shouldn't matter - we should be able to beat them at home anyway but you always like to start with a decent result and with those two out we'd have a much better chance.
