your not meant to have a full range...

a triple on the front still gives you plenty of options. If you have 3 and 10 there's a lot of overlap anyway so you don't need to use 1 and 8,9,10 say, simply use 2 and 6,7 to get roughly the same ratios

I am sure what you are looking to do is possible - you should just need to adjust the limit screw. However taking off one of the chainrings will reduce, not increase, your gear options.

When you say you cannot get the full range of gears, what exactly do you mean. Are there certain combinations you cannot shift to? If so, which ones. Again it's almost certainly a limit screw issue, although you should be aware that certain gear combinations result in cross chaining, which is not a good idea

I'm a bit confused about what you're after here...

If some gears are not able to be selected you need to make adjustments or clean and lube parts, but if you want different gearing you'll need to replace parts.
Beasty mentioned cross chaining, which means you don't use the big front ring with the largest rear cog or the smallest ring with the smallest rear cog. You can select this combination (if your bike is properly adjusted) but the chain won't be in the ideal run through the line of the gears and your chain, cassette and rings will wear out quicker. the wear will be most noticable under harder effort and will usually give you problems when you least want them (pushing hard up a hill and the chain suddenly slips is not good)

I better clear this abit up.

What I mean is the chain is rubing off the front Derailleur..

As when I'm in middle crankset I can't go the last 3 gears with out the chain rubing, and in the top crankset I get go up to the top 3 gears with out the chain Rubing..

By My question by taking one crank off and having a double I would get full range of the chain with out it rubing and wearing the chain down..

If you remove your inner chainring, which is what I think you're suggesting, your shifter will still try to put your chain onto something which is no longer there, and your chain will drop into your frame. Could work as long as you remember that you no longer have a granny gear, but why bother. Just get the limit screws adjusted as advised.

Just get it adjusted correctly. You can't use small-big combinations on a double either so that would fix nothing. If you get rubbing why not shift up front? Middle ring at the front is for the middle cogs at the back.

before you start mucking about with limit screws make sure that
    a) the cable is tight
    b) the derailliur is paralell with the chairings and on shimano front derailliurs the gap between the largest chainring and the drelliur is 3mm

    The simple answer is "no".
