There is a driving school called "RSA driving school" but it has nothing to do with the Road Safety Authority.

They're not the "RSA Driving School", as in a school set up by the Road Safety Authority, they're just an ordinary driving school who call themselves RSA, perhaps in the hope of attracting customers like yourself who think they might have something to do with the actual RSA.
