Quiet spaces in Dublin for a jam session?

Hi, basically me and a few friends are looking to meet with a couple of people in the city. They're in a band so it could turn into a possible jam session type thing but we have no idea where we could meet that would allow us to talk and play/hear music without bothering anyone. Obviously cafes and pubs are out of the question (also one or two are underage).

I was wondering if anyone knew any places we could do this. They were requesting a living room or basement but no one has an available place and most are travelling from other counties. So basically are there any places in the city where we could go or maybe rent a space for a couple of hours in the daytime? (We may be willing to pay, but obviously are not looking for a very big, expensive space, maybe enough for 10-20 people incl. the band) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Also no music venues really because this is a sort of off-the-record casual meet-up and we're not looking to get the band's management involved or advertise it.
