the hop up system is located just behind the electric blowback system located just above the mag. its silver . the hop up system can be accessed by pulling back a catch near the sstock . and as you can see the front sight cannot be taken off .

The hop-up is increased by turning the dial clockwise, in doing do it imparts more spin on the BB and should prevent it from dropping to soon
You need to increase it in small increments for best results

The front sight is not adjustable but the rear sight is, there should be a knob that you can turn to move the rear sight left/right
If the BBs are landing to the right of the aim point then you need to move the rear sight to the left

If the bb's are only getting a certain distance no matter how you adjust the hop up it sounds like the hop up nub is missing. Was the hop up chamber opened perhaps to fit new hop up bucking?

If you can, bring the gun back and replace it. Had the same problem with my asr102 and it took 7-8 returns to the shop to finally fix the problem!
