Are Corrie and Emmerdale in the same universe? I just came across something on IMDB that says Ken Morley starred as Reg Holdsworth, how did this happen?

if reg starred in Emmerdale as reg does that mean the show exists in the same universe part?

I think the OP is refering to the DVD spin off Emmerdale: Don't Look Now! - The Dingles in Venice in which Reg appeared but these spin off videos there in a grey area as to if they are offical or not.
