Need advice please on a summer letting

Thanks in advance for any help guys. A house in my neighbourhood is let out for the summer months. Its let out as sleeping 8 but unfortunately the landlady doesn't seem bothered by who rents it or how many.
All summer long our days and nights have been disturbed, eg: up to 7 cars at a time parked outside resulting in us having to keep our young children out the back garden for fear of their safety.
We have just been putting up with the noise, the worst was easter week when a really rough crowd partied for 7 days and 7 nights and to say my stress levels went through the roof is an understatement.
Could that be topped, yes. Last week at least 8 cars were coming and going, noise noise noise from the house, 2 very bad nights of very loud party music, shouting fighting etc. I called guards who did call to the home at 3 am and told them to keep the noise down, it just made them louder.
Anyway, long story short, I called into them on one of the mornings in the hope I could reason with them and explain I had young kids trying to sleep, when I knocked on the door I was attacked by 2 girls and a man. I have a guarda report to prove this and also a doctors report outlining my cuts and bruises.
I can't go into detail but was advised by the guards not to press charges.
The landlady is living in the uk, her parent is taking care of the lettings and when we spoke to her she got very aggressive saying she needed the money as the mortgage was in arrears and she needed to help her daughter out.
She even put a note through my door telling me not to disturb her guests again.
If anyone can advise me on what or where I can go to try and stop this house being let out, or even to get the landlady to vet her clients as we spent a week being afraid to even leave our home because of the people staying next door.

if you are renting , contact your landlord

The guards told us the people who assaulted me were very dangerous and known to them, they advised me not to " bring them onto us"
I own my home, the guards also told me they have no real powers over the noise, its different people every week.

    Complain to the prtb.

File a civil action in nuisance against the tenants and the landlady, complain to the PRTB although in reality if these guys are as nasty as they are being made out to be then your only proper recourse is through the guards; if they're reluctant to become involved then you're not able to do much.

Check the PRTB to see if she's registered as a landlord.

Look up Threshold and throw a call into them, they may be able to offer some advice.

Thanks for advice, hadn't heard of threshold so will give them a ring. The prtb as far as I can tell won't apply to her as its a holiday let. The people moved out on Saturday to be replaced by another crowd so its new people every week.

Holiday lets do not come under the terms of the PRTB is no use contacting them.
