Holidays and Overtime : Help!

If you're on an 8 hour contract, but work on average 22 hours a week (sometimes 37.5), should you only be getting the holiday entitlements of the 8 hr contract, or should all your hours be added up so you get more days? Think Ive been having the p*ss taken outta me for 3 years.

You get the entitlement of your hours actually worked.

its 8% of your total hours worked.
