    If so,

do you feel cheated by all those people sleeping soundly in their beds right now?

When there's deadlines to be met (like today), yes. But my overtime gets added to my holidays. 57 working days and counting...

    Yes on my farm.

No, it would mean something bad had happened if I was in bed now.

I work 3 out of 4 Sundays, never feels cheated, i enjoy Sundays. There is only 1 management head to deal with, 5 on week days, it's easy to sneak out for a quick smoke and i get paid overtime, whats not to like!!!

Thankfully no and I work in retail which is pretty amazing.

I used to but haven't done for many years. I never felt cheated as it was:

    A- double time
B - or work half a day and get a full day off during the week so you ended up with two and a half days off per week

I've worked many a Sunday and an On-call shift in my time. Anyway OP what's the big deal? There are about 450,000 people in this country that would love to have such a 'gripe' right now.

I work 2 out of 4 Sundays and 1/2 the Bank holidays in the year. I think its time and a third.

I used to work 1 in 4 Sundays for no extra money at all.

I think it affects peoples family's more than the person them selves.

I still refuse to buy anything other than the bear minimum on a Sunday. Bread milk, butter, bog roll newspaper. I def wouldn't do my weekly shopping on a Sunday. But I'm just old-fashioned.

I don't work Sundays, but I work every other day.

When you are used to waking up at 630 it's a hard habit to break for the sake of one day a week.
