SNIPPED worked for a company for 3 1/2 years in a technical area, 3 months ago was told on a thurs morning sorry you're last in so first to go there's no money in the company !(no warning immediate effect paid for hols owed but not for notice) roll on the months no sign of redundancy money but he is still trading as normal…

roll on the months no sign of redundancy money but he is still trading as normal and ex boss claims no money still ..... SNIPPED has applied to the EAT re same
we also heard the ex boss has employed a new guy in a technical/sales role so basically SNIPPED's role plus sales (this guy is an old colloeague of the boss) can he do this ? by just adding another element to the job is he covering his ass that its not SNIPPED 's role that its a new one ??
i bump into him and his family regularly and they are still living the life while claiming no funds its soooooooo frustrating .....:mad:
