Just got a HTC yesterday. Taking a bit of getting used to. Messing around with the woman's iPhone was a sinch compared to this. Am I missing something? Can't download any Apps? Can someone point a blind man in the right direction please?

You download apps from the market, and it's pretty intuitive, not complicated at all. The market is preinstalled on your phone.
