    Hi,
I know some of you will kill me for asking this question under the Yoga forum but I'm hoping someone will help me.
I was in a car accident a no. of years ago and suffered broken legs etc. Thankfully I recovered but recently I was told by a masseuse that I badly need to do some stretching (particularly my outer thighs) or I am going to do some serious damage to by knees.
So I'm hoping someone can help me and tell me of a good Stretching class in Dublin, preferably near Rathmines / Ranelagh or the city centre.
I am open to yoga classes also but wouldn't know where to start looking, particularly for one which gives the body a complete stretch workout!
Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Since you were in a car accident, I think you would probably need to see a physio first before starting yoga.
