Ok this happened back in march 2011
Bascially my car was driven into damaging a door panel , this happened during the night. I didnt know at the time there was any process for claiming for such unidentified accidents i just thought i was screwed and that was it , as i said it was just damage to a door panel so i didnt report it to the gardai at the time , i only just found out about the mibi and being able to claim it off them .

Is there anypoint in even starting a claim or am i screwed because i didnt ring the gardai when it happened?
