any idea of prices in blanchardstown/castleknock for gym with pool for over 55,s. i know there one in castleknock hotel and the westmanstown one, i had a look at ben dunnes one but didnt like the look of it.

The National Aquatic Centre has a variety of different membership options. I am unsure as to whether they have options for over 55s.

Running in the Phoenix Park is free

Coolmine is cheap but small and the pool is often booked. Ben Dunnes is a horrible gym.

Over 55s can use Dublin city Gyms for a tenner annually
