    this flight is from dublin to bangkok with sas airlines and I have yet to receive my tickets, whats the story

    OP, provided the e-mail confirmation contained a booking reference, then that's what you use when checking in.

    However, if you're supposed to be getting a ticket (very unlikely nowadays) then you really need to speak to the agent.

    they probably wont ask for anything besides your passport anyway. These days they just seem to scan your passport and everything is there. Very handy indeed
