What defines a "slut"

An age old question i am sure. But what defines a "slut"

I mean, lets take gender out for a second. So either a male or femlae can be classed as a "slut" ... so what would you personally define as a slut?

as for me, being a male, any girl who has given herself more times too many is automatically one IMO.

my idea or a slut is old fashioned in a sense.... whereby a wench would sit with her legs open and passers by could get some action for tuppence usually drunk etc, high risk of catching soemthing venereal... soemthings change some don't...

Give me a break - it's only the second time I've used it. Don't we all get a 'Yore Ma' allowance when we join up? I'm still waiting for my 'blast it with piss' allowance but it hasn't come through yet.
