Hey, I'm new to cycling. Been at it about 6 to 8 weeks now.

I just purchased a 2nd hand pair of shoes from www.adverts.ie which came with cleats.
Now I need to find pedals to suit, or do I buy my pedals and get cleats to fit?

Here's the cleats that I got:

    Photo1

    Photo2

    Photo3

Could somebody suggest what pedals to get, or what type of cleats these are?
Or any help at all really?

    Yeah, Keo cleats alright.

When you buy pedals, you'll get a set of cleats with them though, so you're not obliged to buy Looks (although if you do, I guess you could use these as spare?)

They actually look like LOOK DELTA cleats, which will not fit Keo pedals

you'll get cleats with any pedeals you buy which will be specific to the pedals. you just remove the old cleats and screw the new cleats on to the shoes and off you go.

I'll probably go ahead and order the red ones from chain reaction so.

    Thanks again.
