    Hey

Does having a bachelor degree, Honors degree or higher cert matter when appling for a job? Or does experience matter more?

If you were about to preform brain surgery on me I would prefer if you had at least 7 years college done and preformed it on someone else first :pac:

It really does depend on the position you are going for. If it's an menial enough job then some experience in the field will be an advantage and a good degree might be a disadvantage as they will know it's a stop gap, if you are going for a professional position then you will most likely need a degree.

In my experience, for positions that are not specific (ie. Accountant/Doctor/Nurse etc) then experience counts for more than education.

What's the job you are aiming for?

    Marketing :-) "2 Drink Minimum"

Experience and a good reference would probably be more important than the exact qualification.
