New unusual red spots either side of chin

    Ok so that's a vile description, I'm aware but I'm desperate. I've rarely, if ever, had spots but on either side of my chin I have very aggressive looking red spots. They're not the squishy ones either, really red. I got a laser facial done, to no avail, did nothing. What could this be? I'm desperate and will try anything etc. I know that area is supposed to relate to hormones but there wouldn't appear to be anything different going on in that department to me. Any advice greatly appreciated by either a beautician/medical professional/general sufferer of same/genius. Thanks
