Anyone recommend dog friendly campsites? (responsible dog owners).
I know it's hard to find places to camp (ideally near a stream or lake) rural enough not to bother anyone ..but if anyone knows of anywhere where you can..
All going well planning a camping trip but not for a while yet (no not in winter) will be covering the mid/west/south/east coast. Eg. South Tipp, Clare, Kerry, Wicklow etc. Have places to camp free in a couple of areas but would like to cover as many counties as poss.

There seems to be a good few dog-friendly campsites. Have you had a look here?

They do expect you to keep your dog on a lead when you're on the site, but I think that's fair enough. :)
