    Soooo have neighbors that regularly are pis*in me off, all i can hear (even as i post) is screamin kids, nonnnnnn stop since half 8 :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:\\do tell, do the carry on from the neighbours make you want to diall RSPCC :confused:

    Kids, and especially small infants/babies have a tendency to cry rather a lot so unless you have good foundation for believing your neighbours are abusing their children then I'd advise against it tbh....

    The fact that they are "pis*in" you off really isn't the best basis for an accusation like that

    Sometimes parents allow their kids to be noisy and scream at the top of their lungs- I have a neighbour who's kid screams for fun.

    You should speak to them about it if it is affecting you but it is not okay to suggest that these kids are being abused, even lightheartedly.
