    Sorry guys wasn't sure where to put this.

    This icon keeps appearing on my bar and I can't open/close it?
    Its been randomly popping up for months but now it won't go away.
    Tryed a few google searched with no luck.

    Yeah a quick search brings up Dell Quickset.

    Open Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del or right click on the task bar and select it there) scroll down to anything that looks like quickset.exe right click and end it.

    You may need to stop it from running at startup too so press the windows key + R together the run dialogue should open type 'msconfig' (without the quotes) and press enter.

    Click on the Startup tab and remove or deselect it from there.
