But after reading over some posts I'm unsure as to wheather or not I'm entitled to free fee's. I have already graduated with a level 6, I'm now going onto do a level 10 and I've been out of college more than 5 years so would I be entitled to free fee's or not.

Any advice appreciated as really beginning to stress after reading the posts.
