Hello, I'm a lurker rather than a poster here and I just have an inquiry about Perplexed4 (banned) who I know from another site. Can you just clarify if the PM function of his account has been disabled by a mod or admin? Thanks

Perplexed4's ban is a matter for perplexed4 and the admins. As with any siteban, all forum and PM access is lost.
