Yet the other "western" agencies believe that the USA is in perfect condition and able to pay its debts. Didn't think that it would be the Chinese leading the way to Fiscal Responsibility seen as they are loaded. Also they are owed a huge amount by the US so this won't help them get their cash back. Any thoughts?

You have to wonder about the political affiliations of the people who run these agencies.

I cant find anything on them.
