    Hi
I'm recently separated from my husband and Im trying to find out if anyone knows if there are certain bin collection rates for lone parents?? Also im awaiting a rent allowance payment but they said my ex is still registered at my address , will the social welfare take him off my address even tho he has no fixed abode??

I would really appreciate any replys.
    Thanks

If your local authority collect your bins you will have to enquire as to wether they apply any waivers to households in receipt of a SW claim, but if they do apply a waiver it is usually just for old age pensioners. If your bins are collected by a private contractor then you are probably out of luck:(
Sw cannot take your husbands name off your address (I dont entirely know what you mean by this). They(SW) will be looking for evidence that he is living at another address before they will accept that he is no longer living with you.
