Doherty out of Shanghai Masters

Ken Doherty today failed to build on his recent semi final appearance in Austrailia when he was beaten 5-2 by Anthony Hamilton in the final qualifying round of the Shanghai Masters. There was better luck for his World Cup teamate Fergal O'Brien who qualified for Shanghai with a 5-1 win over Rickey Walden.
