Hey - Just wondering if anyone had access to old rally tapes from 70's. Its my old lads birthday later this month and I'd love to see what was out there knocking about - I remember him having loads of old RAC's,Mintex,Manx,Circuit of Irelands when i was growing up but seem hard to get now. I know that Duke do a good range but I think I've gotten him most of the ones that he'd be interested from there.(Rally of 70's,80's,too fast to race etc ,story of Mk 1/2 Escort etc )

Anyone have any ideas or good sites where these old tapes have been uploaded?

    Cheer

RPM have released a season review of the Irish Tarmac Championship going back as far as 1992. They have also released special dvds on some of the best drivers to compete in ireland including Frank Meagher, Bertie Fisher, Austin McHale, Billy Colman, Jimmy McRae and Kenny McKinstry.

They also have an extensive archive but they are expensive as its the 30mins show but costs ~25e. RPM have the best range of irish stuff. Ive got some other stuff i picked up off the net I could give you.

P.S. ive nothing to do with RPM, just a big fan as they have great coverage of older rallys
