Skins Compression under Bib Shorts

Hi all, While I know there shouldn't be anything on under the shorts, does this also include skins compression shorts? The Skins cycle shorts are far more expensive and at least I'd be able to get other use out of the shorts for 1/4 of the price! Anyone have any ideas?

Skins and Bibs are fine , do it all the time in winter , only instance where skins are not fine is here
