EDIT : Just realized I spelt "fairly" wrong in the title.

My ps3 died there a few months ago roughly 4 years after i bought it (slightly suspicious haha they all seem to be breaking). It got the YLOD and i found out a local shop fixes it so i brought it in came back a week later to find out that my "VGA chip" or something is broken and its unfixable he said to call up sony and all but ahhh not bothered with all that yano..

So anyway I'm just wonderin is it worth gettin the ps3 fixed and all which would pobably cost me over 150 euro or maybe buy a new slim but thatd be 300 or so and i dont have much money to be spendin

I was thinkin of maybe gettin a second hand xbox or ps3 what do ya think

Don't buy second hand, especially not one of the older models.

We're expecting a price drop in the coming weeks (@Gamescon) so try hold out til after that!
