There is often mention of Irish criminals going to the Costa del Sol in Spain to the extent it has come to be known as the Costa del Crime.

Due to the european arrest warrant and extradition agreements is it not a relatively quick and straight forward process to get these criminals back to Ireland?

What countries wont extradite Irish citizens back to Ireland for criminal activities carried out in Ireland?
