Stop receiving emails on reply's to thread

    Hi

    I have gone to my User CP, but cannot find an area to stop receiving emails when a thread i posted in had been replyed too, i generally press unfollow after i post a reply in threads but sometimes i forget, and its annoying when i sign into my email to find loads of alert notifications on threads i have posted in.

    Also is there a way to stop a thread i post in automatically setting me to follow the thread?

    User CP -> edit options, change default thread subscription mode.
