    Not too sure if there are many unemployed people in here with kids. I am unemployed with two kids. I applied last year for the BSA and recieved payment, This year I was told that I would not have to reapply as my circumstances were the same as last year. SW had told me that people who recieved payment last year should have been paid by the end of July. Today I was told that there was some balls up within the system and there is now going to be a 6/8 week delay, aparently the problem started when the HSE handed over the payment of the BSA to social welfare, and thats what I am told is where the problem started.

    Just to let you know, if you had to reapply for the BSE there is a very long wait, by the time it is paid the kids will be back to school, what is one suppose to do in the mean time?? :confused:
