    BCP4: 9455D780
    OS Version: 6_1_7601

All windows systems, anti-virus software seems to be up-to-date. I have tried anti-malware software by Malwarebytes which was updated two weeks ago. However when I try update the software today, the system consistently crashes.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks
