My first Sky box was a Pace and I had the same problem. I rang Sky about it and they couldn't fix it. As the box was out of warranty they wouldn't replace it.

You should only have to re-add them if you are unplugging the box or if you use the interactive by pressing the red button this can happen on them.

If you have a full sub then you no longer need to add bbc3,4 cbeebies or cbbc as they are now on the irish sub package.

If you are using the sky box just for the fta channels then remove any card you have in it and unplug for a few minutes and then turn it back on without the card and all the fta channels available with exception to FIVE will have a channel number, so its the only one you would need to other channels.

An easy solution to that would be to try and obtain whats called an FTV card which are often sold on ebay etc, this will give you channel 5 and a few other channels as well as all the other fta channels.

Delighted to help out, keep your eyes open for an old viewing card from the Uk must be a white card these are known as an FTV card, can sometimes be purchased on ebay or other sites and this will giuve you channel 5 and 105 and a few other channels also so well worth trying to obtain
