    Hello,
I need to replace my pressure relief valve on my heating system and I was wondering if it is possible to do so without the hassle of draining the water ?
    Any ideas? :(

If you mean the safety valve that vents from the boiler to outside, then yes it is. Just close off the ball valves under the boiler and have a basin to catch the little bit of water that will come out when you remove the safety valve.

Get someone who is competent, especially if it's gas.

PRV's can easily be "jumped" once the system pressure has been relieved, just so long as you know what your doing and understand the system, it can also go awfully wrong if you think you know what your doing, if in doubt do as gary71 suggests and get the man.
