    Hi Everyone,

I have 2 double bed rooms (with double beds not twins) available in my house on Cooleen Avenue in Beaumont.

It’s a 2 minute walk to the 16,16a and 20b. Its 5 minutes walk to the main bus corridor on the swords road. And about 10/15 minutes to DCU.

The house has a separate sitting room for anyone renting. There's also an upstairs bathroom for anyone renting, and access via the front door. I live in a granny flat type thing just off the kitchen so you would have a good amount of privacy. We also have a big kitchen and back garden.

I and my boyfriend live in the house and we're both final year students in our undergrad degrees so it's a quite house. I do own the house so it’s owner-occupied.

Rent is €350 a month excluding bills which are split evenly.
I do have a dog just so you'd know in advance.

There’s on street parking ( I do think you could fit a second car in the drive but I haven’t tried it - although our neighbours manage it)

I have an ad and pictures on daft.ie if you are interested in looking at the pictures or location PM me and I will give you the quicklink (I'm not sure what the rules are about posting links here)
