    Hi everyone,

I have a tooth on my lower front jaw in which the nerve is dead. The tooth is going dark now, and I will need to remove it, and get an implant inserted. I have a few questions if anyone could answer them please.

    1) I am thinking of getting invisalign soon, should I get the impant done before and after?

    2) Should I buy private health insurance before I get my tooth done? Would it impact the price in any way? Whats the cheapest way to get it done?

    3) What sort of price range are we looking at in Dublin?

    Thanks everyone!

1.) No your qualified orthodontist will sequence treatment for you. Best if the implant goes in late during or after the orthodontics. Space may be closable?

2.) Having health insurance is a good idea, its wont pay a single penny for implants or orthodontics in this situation. There is also a lead in time of 6 months before any treatment and pre-existing conditions are not covered.

3.) Orthodontics 4k ish....implants 2500 - 4k ish, depends on who does them aesthetic demand, grafting and numerous other factors.
