Hey, so I turned on my laptop today to find my wireless mouse stopped working. I'm guessing it's because of the Windows 7 updates - all of them finished installing the last time laptop was on.

I've tried: resetting, fresh batteries, Logitech drivers. Anything else I could try?

Unplug the device. Completely uninstall the device(s) from Device Manager. Theres usually a Mouse device, and a corresponding USB device in the tree there. You can instead as a quick fix, simply move the wireless adapter into a new USB port, one it's never been in, and Windows will read it as a fresh device.
