HELP:Student fee declaration form

    Hi Folks , I have been accept to DCU as a mature student but I attended Carlow IT 10 years ago but didn't finish the course, it was a Cert in Manufacturing Technology...an 18 month course, I just got asked to fill out a

    STUDENT FEE DECLARATION FORM (HIGHER EDUCATION FREE TUITION FEE SCHEME)

    Does this mean I'm not entitled free fees?? I have to get it filled out by Carlow IT which is an nightmare as doubt they would have it back to me by 19th August deadline.

    Any advice, knowledge or help is greatly appreciated.

    It should be ok because once its over 5 years ago they regard you as a second chance student

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    I sent off the form and cover letter explaining to carlow IT. Spoke with lovely people in HEA in Tullamore they said it looks like I should be OK, just it really is down to DCU.
