I got a Nokia E5 at the start of May and I was never really happy with it. I regretted not getting an android phone etc but I decided to stick with it.

I've had it only 3 months now and it's already having problems. When I get a message the phone doesn't beep or the new message doesn't show up on the screen I have to keep checking my inbox. There's a few other glitches too.

I'm going to bring it back into Meteor tomorrow. Is there any hope of getting a different phone or does it have to break a certain amount of times for this to happen??
