Temporarily Turning off Power Steering

Hey I have a little question here that I con hopefully get some help with. Car is an Audi A4 2000 1.8 petrol manual. I recently (last week) had the timing belt and cv joints done. I now have a serious leak in my power steering fluid. I am bringing the car back to the garage but I am worried about the drive over there damaging the power steering pump.

Can I pull a fuse or something else to turn off my power steering for the short trip?

Not on a hydraulic system. The pump is run off a belt so cant be 'switched' off.

Cheers, thought as much. I guess I'll just refill it before I leave.
