    Hi all,

Just a quick question, dont mean to sound morbid but just wondering if the person who has the UPC contract in their name passes away what is the situaition with the contract, I think there is about 6 months left on it. Is it null and void?

    thanks

Firsly apologies on your loss, Im not too sure what UPC situation on this is but usally they will cease the contract once proof has been established from other family members or if some1 else wishes to continue on the contract they simply re-issue another direct mandate to be filled in.

Would recommend ringing them to clarify.
