    Hi i'll get straight to the point. I'm an undergrad looking to get a student loan to the value of 15000 to study abroad for a year (food accom living expenses, fees etc) Preferably the loan would be deferred until I graduate ( after phd even if possible) Is there any such loan or is it simply a dream!
